I have recently attended a weekend retreat “Mindfulness, Meditation & Yoga” at Quest for Life in beautiful Bundanoon. I was a little apprehensive at first, not having done Yoga on a regular basis, but Bernadette’s mindful, stretching Yoga was perfect for any newby.. Tamika’s guided meditations were insightful & made it very easy to stay focused, a practice not easily achieved usually.. (the mind can wander off to our busy life)

The whole meditation & mindfulness helped quiet my busy mind & I came away with a renewed body & soul… The beautiful acreage of Quest, helped me to unwind & the accommodations were comfortable & clean. The food was both delicious & nourishing & plentiful…

Thankyou doesn’t seem enough to say to you both, & the staff, but I am so happy I attended this weekend & would highly recommend the retreat to any & all..
