About Replenish Retreat

A Retreat that cares for those who care for others

​

We are committed to the holistic wellness and professional development of Mental Health Practitioners; which is why, in March 2026, we are once again offering our 'Replenish Retreat'.

​

This retreat will offer you the opportunity to have a long weekend away and care for your own needs, with a group of like-minded Practitioners. 

​

In a beautiful and tranquil surrounding in the Southern Highlands of NSW, we will support you to check-in with yourself, recharge, expand your awareness and make changes to enrich your life.   

​

The retreat incorporates:

Yoga | Meditation | Professional Development I Group Supervision | Rest & Relaxation     

​

Throughout the 3 day long weekend there will be highly experiential workshops which attract PACFA CPD points.​

Topics

As therapists, you are constantly holding space for others, which over time can impact on overall well-being.

​

The workshop topics are:

​

  • Preventing burnout/compassion fatigue and managing stress in everyday life and the therapy practice

  • Enhancing therapeutic skillset via:

    • Therapeutic approaches and techniques when working with challenging and angry clients, such as clear boundaries, the ability to hold emotional space and remain centered.

    • Recognizing and working with transference and counter transference

    • Managing vicarious trauma

  • Case studies, role play and small break out groups to discuss therapeutic approaches

  • Supervision groups – personal shares with client issues and feedback on therapeutic approaches
