Replenish Retreat for Therapists

At CITT we are committed to the holistic wellness and professional development of Mental Health Practitioners; which is why, in June 2024, we are once again offering our 'Replenish Retreat'.

This retreat will offer you the opportunity to have a long weekend away and care for your own needs, with a group of like-minded Practitioners. 

In a beautiful and tranquil surrounding in the Southern Highlands of NSW, we will support you to check-in with yourself, recharge, expand your awareness and make changes to enrich your life.   

The retreat incorporates: Yoga | Meditation | Professional Development I Group Supervision | Rest & Relaxation     

You will leave with a clearer vision of who you are, what you want to offer and your life purpose.

Throughout the 3 day long weekend there will be highly experiential workshops which attract PACFA CPD points.  

During these sessions we will introduce you to:

• Exploring the shadow self
• Ways to work with family dynamics - Family Constellation in groups and with objects
• Somatic Mindfulness
• Incorporating nature based practices with your clients
• Enhancing your professional performance
• The four pillars of health - theory and practice

Cost:              $1,900 (inc GST) - includes accommodation, all meals and refreshments throughout. BYO
